Development Programs

As Mount Snow’s premiere seasonal program for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders, Devo offers camaraderie and coaching for skiers and riders looking to tackle all that Mount Snow has to offer! From advanced groomers to bumps, gates, terrain parks, and glades, the Devo coaching staff will show you the way.

Participants with similar interests and skill level are grouped accordingly and will ski or snowboard with the same select group of coaches all season long. Devo does more than just develop each participant's all-mountain skills, the program fosters lifelong friendships and promotes respect for other skiers and boarders, both in and out of the program.
The program runs from December 11, 2021 through March 20, 2022. Advanced registration is required for all participation levels.
